New Player Guide

Main article: New Player Guide

If you haven't looked at this first, best go there. It's got much of this information and some extra bits best suited for a new player to get a grasp of the world of Pokemorph MUSH. If you've been there already and looking for more, enjoy the extras below!

Returning Player Info

Main article: Returning Player Info

What it says on the box. This'll point you at the things you want to know, how to contact staff about retrieving an old character, updates on what's been going on in recent years, etc.

Main article: Application

This page is a good place to start, even if you're not ready to write a full application yet. The questions throughout the application are what you want to start figuring out for your character. Not only their history, but how it shaped how they see the world, how they interact with others, etc. The tips for each section on the application may also be helpful and thought-provoking. There is an example application you can use for reference.

Code of Conduct & Rules

Main article: Rules

Our Code of Conduct & Rules for the MUSH. This is considered a mandatory read.

Main article: Pokemorph Timeline
Main article: Mostly Complete Timeline

With over 20 years of in-game history to wade through, Pokemorph MUSH's history is long and expansive. Because of this there are two versions of the timeline available to look over.

The first, a basic 'most important' breakdown of the biggest and most important events likely to have effected characters.

Secondly, there is the extensively detailed timeline with dates, locations and any number of extra tidbits about things of varying levels of importance that have happened from prehistory of the game's setting all the way through the many years of player stories. If you wish to find out more about particular events from the basic timeline, this is the best place to go for extra details.

Pokemorph History

Main article: Pokemorph History

This page expands upon some of the events in the timeline and gives you more of a quick lesson on why and how pokemorphs were created, treated, and came to live on Prism Island. It also includes an explanation of the different generations pokemorphs can fall under.

Prism Island

Main article: Prism Island

Prism Island, known for several years as "Pokemorph Island," is where the MUSH is set, and where Pokemorphs have taken up residence. Knowing the layout of the city and surrounding area of Prism Island is useful for writing into an application.

Pokemorph Society

Main article: Pokemorph Society

Pokemorph society is roughly based on human society, but differs in many ways. This page explains the differences and how Pokemorphs live their daily lives, including information about how relationships are handled, what type of technology exists on Prism Island, and more!

Main article: Groups

The various organizations that have operated, and continue to operate, on Prism Island. It is a good idea to look into each of these groups and decide if your character may have any history with any of them, or how your character would react to them now. Check the Groups page for currently-active factions.

Restricted Species List

Main article: Restricted Species

You can check this list to see if the species you'd like to make your character is restricted on the MUSH or not. In short: All Legendary and Mythical Pokémon species, as well as Ultra Beasts, are not available as Pokemorphs; and some species are limited to certain Generations.

MUSH Etiquette

Main article: MUSH Etiquette

Last but certainly not least, if you're not familiar with online roleplaying, or MUSHes, this is a guide to introduce some terms and concepts such as retcons and consent rules. MUSHes are plenty old too, and lack some features of newer chats and forums, so there are some things MUSH-specific in here.
