| HISTORY: Ray was kidnaped early on in an effort to make him into a powerful soldier utilizing his growths. He was considered a failure in everything except stealth and ended up being a waste of effort. Often picked on by fellow Grunts. Escaped during a recon mission and somehow managed to live, while ex-partner was badly damaged. Ray has a fair bit of potential. Caution is advised for new and average Grunts. He's evolved into a Lucario since he escaped. Has been acting too paranoid to get close to when he's alone. Likely also too timid to make into a decent soldier without a lot of work. Probably not worth it.
