| HISTORY: A former test subject, and later a grunt of Team Rocket who showed great proficiency in data processing and understanding of science while working as janitor in the science lab. Was duly promoted. Historically Belfry has often dissappeared from Team Rocket. The high doses of drugs he's been given in the past has caused him to have frequent memory lapses and feral flashbacks. Large amounts of flower pollen cause him to forget briefly he's a pokemorph. The right drugs, however, can cause him to have rather strong attack powers. Has once, during an experiment, destroyed part of a Rocket lab, leading his previous handlers to deduce that he may be useful. It is unknown as to whether Belfry has left Team Rocket purposefully or is just MIA. Without the right drug dosage he is relatively harmless and should be easy to capture.
